Ken’s wide range of experience in the entitlement and development industry in South Florida spans over 11 years starting with a multi-disciplinarian Landscape Architecture, Planning, and Environmental services firm followed by challenging positions with two top ten national homebuilders wherein he processed entitlements for an array of residential and mixed-use development projects in areas such as unincorporated Palm Beach County, the Village of Wellington, Martin County, the City of Port St. Lucie, unincorporated Saint Lucie County, to name a few.
